ABOUT OUR CLASS
In this exciting class, young creators will be guided through the steps of producing their very own stop-motion movie! We will be creating storyboards, flip books, and experiment with a green screen.
We will work with a variety of materials and create stop-motion’s objects, sets, figures and props. With the use of a Stop Motion tools students will explore principles to give their movies that personal and unique touch. In our class, children will learn how to create and collaborate with others. By the end of the session, each student will have their very own video ready to upload to YouTube!
We look forward to teaching your children the joys and wonders of animation and art.

ABOUT US
Jina and Michelle both have a passion for Animation and working with kids to create their visions. They have been teaching workshops and camps throughout Portland. Michelle Subotnick, mother of two boys, has a Bachelor of Science in Animation and Media Arts from the Art Institute of San Francisco. Jina Choi, mother of two boys, studied Multimedia Design and has a Bachelor of Art in Graphic Design from University of Oregon.
